Super Boys still Super after all these years!

Once again I popped into Super Boys (1480 Main Street, Winnipeg MB) for what I have been calling my favorite burger in Winnipeg for over 25 years!  I switched it up by having my loaded Super Boy (called a fat boy at most Greek style burger joints) with a small fries and gravy instead of my regular small fries and chili.  Yes, that is a SMALL order of fries!

If you are expecting to grab a quick burger here don't.  Service is great, they start cooking your order as soon as it's placed and you get it as soon as its ready.  That said, its a huge chunk of meat, and it needs time to get to temperature, and to that point my burger was cooked perfectly.  No pink and nicely browned.  two slices of cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, mayo, mustard and the signature homemade chili.  Its the kind of burger you eat with your whole face.  Don't be shy... just grab that Super Boy with both hands and go for it!  It's not the kind of place that will look down their noses at you for wearing a little food on your face.  It's kind of common place to be honest. 

Fresh cooked to order food at great prices with friendly service is what you can expect.  Don't forget cash though.  No Debit or Credit Cards are accepted.  You won't need lots of cash.  My meal today cost $11.75 taxes in.
